I am very happy with the plaster and tile work that Rafael and JDRSwimming pools performed on my pool. The price was reasonable and fair. He always did what he said he would. He was knowledgeable of his work as well as my pool equipment. He always knew what to do if my equipment was not properly performing. His recommendations always worked(even when I was skeptical.He exceeded my and my wife’s expectations. We are very happy with our pool and would recommend Rafael without any reservations. He gets my highest recommendation!!!

Rafael w/ JDR pools did an amazing job for us and we absolutely love our pool again! He resurfaced our pool about a month ago and everything is perfect! Honestly, i have trouble practically anytime i hire a contractor for anything and this company is the only one (out of many) who did exactly everything they said they would do and we give them our highest 10+ stars…512-743-868 five if you need to discuss..

I saw JDR Pool Builders on Facebook. I texted them and Rafael immediately contacted me, and we set up an appointment. Our pool is 30 yrs old and it was time. When Rafael arrived, he did not try to sell us all brand new equipment, I had just replaced my pump motor and he said it was in great shape, no need to spend extra money. He replaced our filter, heater, replastered, new tile, new travertine coping, which we love, a new slide & all new LED lights & a beautiful handrail. Rafael and his crew are fantastic people to work with. I hope he stays in the pool business because it will be hard to find someone that good again. He also offers a monthly pool cleaning service, which we took him up on. Very reasonably priced. If you need an excellent pool work done, Rafael @ JDR is your guy.

Rafael from JDR pools stepped in to fix my Jandy pool heater issue with the right diagnosis and genuine parts. I was pleased with his services because he was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly. The first company I contacted was not Jandy certified and was charging me an arm and a leg for parts that did not need to be replaced and it didn’t solve the issue. I’m so happy that Rafael knows exactly what he was doing and also gave me a reasonable price for the parts and services.

Working with Rafael and JDR Pools was an excellent experience. Rafael is detail oriented so he is creating a product that must pass his strict scrutiny. His team is very professional and they waste no time. I appreciated the workmanship that made our pool so beautiful! His prices are reasonable and fair, with no hidden costs!

We couldn't be more thrilled with our experience with Rafael and his crew of JDR Swimming Pools. We spoke to him about replastering a 14 year old pool on Wednesday, they were here working on it by Friday morning at 8am, and the pool was completed and refilling by Saturday afternoon. He sent a technician on Sunday to start the chemicals and then finished the electrical and tidying up by Monday afternoon.

We are new pool owners and Rafael took time to explain all the nuances of pool systems and maintenance and was very candid about the condition the pool was is and what did and did not need to be done. Highly recommend Rafael and JDR Swimming Pools!!!

Rafael and his team did an excellent job replastering our pool. He was very professional and honest. They were here when they said they would be and didn't stop until the job was finished. Came back and replaced some of the equipment on our pump. This was something we asked him to look at and not something he was trying to upsell. Looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Outstanding work! This was my 4th replaster in 37 yrs. Rafael was by far the most knowledgeable and professional service we've used.

JDR came out the day before the last major freeze and wired my pool to keep running through the freeze, then fully replaced and updated the panel the next week. They did a quick, great job and I would highly recommend JDR Swimming Pool services.

Their service is great! Very profesional, I wish I could post a picture of my Pool! It is beautiful! The tiles and the new plaster look amazing! Every time we need to change the light or when it requires service we call Rafael.

Best pool service company on Houston. Needed quick and fast service for my pool in jdr swimming pool. I contacted jdr swimming Pool Service. Amazing customer service, price is very affordable will deff recommenced. Life savers. I needed them to come clean my pool before a pool party and they came that day!!!!

Rafael came out seemingly know a lot about swim spas ..He done a very superb job and even show me how to taken care of the spas..definitely will call JDR Swimming Pools again..👍

Very upset with this company, they made me pay a deposit for a job I wanted them to do, just for them to cancel on me last minute. I’ve contacted them in regards of returning my deposit I put down but they just told me that they don’t do any refunds.
